If you’re lonely
Follow me
Oh if you’re lonely follow me
‘Cos you’re just waiting
For all these things
And nothing’s really happening
‘Cos you’re lonely
Why aren’t you sleeping?
Quiet and creeping
‘Cos nobody knows
That you stole
All the pieces and filled all the holes
And I’m thinking, I’m thinking
I’m thinking
The wrong thing again
No more sleepwalking
I won’t be talking to you
Or your friends
‘Cos they know
That I secretly wanted to go
So I’m leaving, I’m leaving
I’m leaving
I’m leaving again
If you’re lonely
Follow me
Oh if you’re lonely follow me
‘Cos you’re just waiting
For all these things
If you’re lonely
Follow me
No more sweet talking
The sun has been brought in
Revealing the stars
Say hello
As they’re silently stealing the show
And I’m wishing, I’m wishing
I’m wishing
Upon you again
If you’re lonely
Follow me
Oh if you’re lonely follow me
‘Cos you’re just waiting
For all these things
And nothing’s really happening
If you’re lonely
Follow me
Well I first listened to this a couple of times on a quiet Sunday afternoon and it really took hold - Emotionally charged songs that resonate with killer riffs that tip a hat to HDQ and Leatherface.. A real gem of a second album that will stay in my top playlist for a while! Dave Miller
Hey Frankie! Great work , once again. I feel very grateful to have had the chance to meet you a couple times... once at Pouzza in Montreal and once in Atwerp Belgium last summer. Your music is a reflection of how much a of great human being you are. My kids understood the real meaning of punk rock when they also had the chance to meet you last summer. Keep it going forever! Cheers!! Your Canadian friends, JF , Felix, Julien. Ps: I have more bottles of barleywine for you!
